Answer a walking and hiking question

Got an answer to the following Walking/Hiking question?

My glasses get blocked with the rain

When out walking in the hills and it is drizzling my glasses get blocked with the rain. Is there anyway to stop this happening or a pair of glasses that could prevent this?

When I take them off my visibilty is marginally improved but don't feel safe walking on unstable ground.

Does putting soap on the glasses work?
