Wild Camping on the Jurassic Coast, Dorset

We're planning a a hike along the Jurassic Coast; Does anyone have experience with wild camping in that area? I'm generally familiar with all the do's and don't's but considering the status of the area, I was wondering whether anyone's had any experiences to share.
