Hammock Camping In The Lake District

Hi, I've recently been researching some wild camping destinations in the Lake district, but I always camp in a Hammock and Tarp (mainly because of the freedom and intimacy with the natural surroundings, but also because it's a lot less intrusive and leaves less of a mark on the area). I've looked at Ennerdale Water but I'm not completely sure of whether it's all plantation or where I can leave the car for about 3 nights.

Can anyone help with information or other places I might check out?
