Walking from Norway to Scotland

Hi,

I have a query with regards to a walk me and 3 friends are doing. We are walking from Norway to Scotland in August 2009 and we were hoping for as much hints and tips as we can possibly get. None of us are experienced walkers but we are all quite fit. I was hoping to get advice on GPS and GPS Devices which would be best for using whilst in Norway. I was also hoping to get in touch with someone who has had previous experience walking through Norway, specifically Oslo to Bergen.
