Bramhall To Lyme Park Path

Does anyone know the details of a trail that goes through Bramhall Park, Cheshire to Lyme Park, Cheshire?

I think it starts in the Lady Brook Valley and I believe that it goes through Gately, Cheadle & Bramhall before reaching Lyme Park.

I'd be very interested to know if anyone knows anything. I can't find details anywhere and the path isn't marked on any maps that I've seen.
