Where is this Somerset/Minehead TV Location?
Q. Hello
I'm getting in touch in the hopes you, and your members to help me locate an area used on television some 30 years ago.
The series was called The Innes Book of Records and ran for three series on BBC2 between 1979 and 1981.
The first series was filmed in Somerset and Minehead with a closing sequence filmed up in some countryside that I'm hoping to locate.
I know its a long-shot, especially as I'm assuming more rocks would have been added to the stone cairn over the years but any help locating the cairn and the picnic spot would be appreciated.
