Is There A Path All The Way Up Ben Nevis

Q. Three friends and myself are considering attempting to scale Ben Nevis in Summer this year. We are 17 and will be 18 when we attampt it, we all have completed our gold DOFE and had walks together tho' for nothing as big as this, although we feel we are ceratinly fit enough.

We are considering walking up Ben Nevis to raise money for charity but we want to make it more interesting to get more sponsorship and hopefully in the paper, one idea that was floated around (what I say next will make you think that we are mad) of walking up three legged (told you).

We are wondering if this is possible?, is there a path up 2 people wide all the way? We are going to scout it out before we actually do it but if you say it is in no way possible then we won't, please can you help, thank you.

A. The Tourist Route from Achintee is at least two people wide all the way to the top - but it is a long, long way and pretty rough going underfoot (or 'feet' in your case).
