Walking up Snowdon with teenagers
Q. I work for a residential company providing support to young people aged 16-18. We would like to walk up Snowdonia and hopefully raise some cash for charity by doing this. Are there any laws that would restrict myself and three colleagues from taking a group of under 19s up to the summit of Snowdon as none of us have mountaineering experience or qualifications. Obviously there safety is paramount and would I not want to break any laws also.
If there are no restrictions what would be the most interesting route to take and be challenging enough to test active people.
Many Thanks
