Dear Editor,

I can't find any reference to the Lyke Wake Walk on your web site but am told that it is a 42-44 mile walk in the North York Moors that has some historical or

folklore significance.

Would appreciate any information or links that you may have.

I have seen a sponsored walk that is about to carry this out and wondered

where the basis of the walk came from.
