I hope you can help me with what seems a simple question, but I just can't find a definitive answer to it.

Myself, a couple of friends & my son are looking to do a Lake District based 3 peaks 24 hour challenge.

I can't seem to find any info on the subject, i.e. which 3 mountains are classed as the 3 to do, recognised start points, routes etc.

There is plenty of info on the Yorkshire 3 peaks & the National one, but none for the Lakes. I hope someone can help me out on this query.
