Coleman Biospace 300 Tent

Hi all! I've just purchased a Biospace 300. It looks OK but there are a few things I'm not sure of as the instructions sewn into the bag are weak. Can anyone who's got one or any of the others in the range HELP??

What are the straps for on the inside on the living area near the floor?? (fluorescent green hoops!!)

And the piece of cord that travels the length of the inner sleeping area??

There are also some bright green hoops dotted around the tent about half way up that don't make any sense?
