Wild Camping On Worms Head, South Wales

Hi there, I am planning a trip to Worms Head (South Wales) with a friend and will probably intend on wild camping overnight.
Would like to hear if anyone has already done this and what advice you have.
A former work colleague whom I have lost touch with said she used to do it a few times a year. I'm aware of the 2 hour slot with the tide.
