Points of Interest/Notes on this walk:

The Birks of Aberfeldy were named after a poem of the same name by Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns, who penned 'The Birks o'Aberfeldie' in 1787. 'Birks' is Scots (or Lowland Scots) for Birch trees.

'Burns' Seat' is a natural shelf in the rocks. Robert Burns is thought to have taken a rest here when he visited in 1787.
