I am a Female Walker, in my late 50s, based near Market Weighton

My Message: Hello.

I live in Market Weighton which is between York and Beverley/Hull.

I am a female in her late 50s looking for people to help me get back on track and get back into an exercise routine. I think it is time I stopped making excuses and take the bull by the horns.

Ideally, I am looking to meet local people who are prepared to start with easy to moderate walks with a view to increasing the distance and level of the walks over a period of time.
