I am a Female Walker, in my early 50s, based near Cardiff

My Message: I work in an office and go everywhere by car. I desperately need exercise and to get fit. Used to love walking and the feel-good factor that comes with being out in the fresh air looking at beautiful scenery. I have marked walks 1 and 2 as my fitness level is poor
and is something I need to work on! However I have to start somewhere. It would be nice to have company whilst walking.
