I am a Male Walker, in my mid 40s, based near St. Bees

My Message: I am a professional male, 47, separated for the last few years. I am losing my main walking partner (my son) who is off to university this autumn, so I am looking to widen my circle of people to go out on the hills with. I have been improving fitness and navigation skills, and have gained the confidence to move from doing local lake district fells to a first few Munros. I did the coast to coast with a group recently, and did bits of the tour de Mont Blanc last summer. I enjoyed getting out in the snow last winter, but also love to potter about around the lakes at low level. What I hope for is some company while out on the fells, male or female, and maybe grow a few friendships. If you are around in the lakes at the weekend and want company, then give me a call.
