I am a Female Walker, in my mid 60s, based near West Sussex

My Message: I am reasonably fit, but would like to be fitter. I would like to walk with someone who knows the area and can show me the nicest places to go. I want to walk for fun, and not because it's a competition, and I would like to stop sometimes for coffee, beer, lunch etc. Now that the summer is coming, I would like to see new and beautiful parts of these counties, and enjoy the views and the scenery, and gradually progress to more challenging walking, eventually, hopefully.
