I am a Male Walker, in my mid 50s, based near Kent

My Message: Hi my name is Richard, I am a keen North Kent/London runner and walker of 57 years. I like nothing more than to explore the great outdoors on foot. Its funny I started walking some years back and when realising I was not as fit as I thought I started to run to improve my hill stamina and caught the bug. I have walked all over the UK either in groups or solo including the West Highland Way, half of the Southwest Coastal Path and half of Offa�s Dyke, I�d love to finish these walks one day. The South Downs Way was a great walk achieved in chunks. I have been very interested for a long time and admired the achievements of others who have climbed Mount Everest and finally achieved a lifetime ambition with friends and trekked to Everest Base Camp a few years back, why��because its there�. I am just back from a trek to Machu Picchu, an incredible life experience. So, where to now, looking for a new challenge with new company.
