I am a Female Walker, in my early 50s, based near Banstead

My Message: Hello, my name is Helen and I am a fit 53 year old wanting to find walking companions, male or female. I live in Surrey, but also visit the Lake District regularly (I will be there early November 2015 if you could like to organise a walk then). I am available to walk during the week and at weekends and walks of about 6-8 miles would be good, but I am happy to be flexible. I love being outdoors and love having a chat whilst walking. My other interests are people, swimming, yoga, cycling, films.
