I Mick live in Co Durham looking for like minded people for walks with me and my dog winnie.
i work a funny shift patten can be off week days as well as weekends wont say much on hear wont have much to talk about whilst out walking.due to a opperation on my ankle, im limited to short easy walks.

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs and will bring my own. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
Mountain Biking

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
