I am a Female Walker, in my mid 60s, based near Darlington

My Message: Hello, I am a lady in my mid 60's quite fit and active and looking for male or female walking friends. I am very keen to meet with people who are interested in ticking off wainwrights, also hikes along the Teesdale Way/Pennine Way and maybe possible camping trips. I have done a lot of walking in the Lake District
areas of Swaledale, North Yorkshire, Durham, Weardale, so if anyone is interested in meeting up for a walk it would be great to hear from you. I am available for walking most weekends and odd days during the week in summertime. Please get in touch soon, I look forward to hearing from you!

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
