From here we followed the path to the summit of Thunacar Knott. By now the weather was worsening with quite heavy snow showers, so a plan to continue over to High Raise was abandoned. We returned towards Pavey Ark before descending to Stickle Tarn. The weather was calmer down here & a straight forward path took us back to the start point.
