Dan Collins walked up on June 29th, 2024 [from/via/route] As part of c239 walk [with] Family (just the lads) [weather] Misty / cloudy throughout - Misty & low visibility but great walk
Christine Shepherd climbed it on July 31st, 2020 [from/via/route] I walked from Red Moss using walk c239. [with] On my own [weather] Glorious sunshine with a welcome breeze. Unfortunately, I was walking into the wind but it didn't matter with the heat. - I had missed bagging this summit as I had done Clough Head on a day when the weather turned & I decided not to go any further. Nice to visit this at last Superb Views from the summit. Climbed again on 27.07.2022
John Tippins bagged it on October 24th, 2018 [from/via/route] Started from car park near High Brow (near Dockray). Walk c239 from go4awalk.com [with] Solo [weather] Very windy with low cloud. Walking in cloud most of the day - poor visibility. By the end of the walk, when I was heading back to the start, the cloud had lifted - peaks were even visible , it was calm in the valleys & there were even patches of blue sky.
Andrew Peate hiked it on August 7th, 2018 [from/via/route] From High Row car park along Old Coach Road using walk c239 [weather] Cloudy & misty to summit. Clear, sunny, hot later.
Simon Myerscough summited on January 22nd, 2006 [from/via/route] C239 - disorientated at times!
Mark Davidson conquered it on June 29th, 2004 [with] Alone [weather] Misty on the tops
Denis Hoyle scaled on August 31st, 2013 [from/via/route] St John's in the vale to Grasmere. [with] Steve and his brothers [weather] Overcast & rain after leaving Helvellyn. - Great views apart from when it rained.
