Christine Shepherd climbed Saskills (Newton Fell) on May 25th, 2014 [from/via/route] Walked from White Stone Caravan Park using Wainwright's Outlying Fells. [with] On my own [weather] Fine & warm - Take care not to be lead astray by the blue footpath signs which lead to the White Stone & back down to the road without visiting the summit. Instead, when you reach the wall, cross the wall & then do a hairpin & almost go back on yourself beside the wall to reach the summit. Then return to the wall gap & follow the signs.
