In-use Test:
The Vango Flux 30 Daypack is from Vango's Ultralite range - and is aimed primarily at 'fast moving adventure athletes'.
Nonetheless I tried it on some short low level autumn walking and found it worked well.
The main compartment (hydration-system compatible) is accessed via a zipped lid which includes a separate zipped compartment.
There are two good sized mesh side pockets and two zipped pockets in the belt.
The padded back/lumber system is very comfortable and the compression straps mean that small loads can be stabilised well.
A very good value lightweight day pack with most of the features needed for occasional low level Spring, Summer and Autumn walking.
It doesn't have anywhere specifically to attach walking poles which some might find a draw-back, and the material could be a bit more substantial.
If you need something for more frequent use then it may be worthwhile spending more on a backpack with a higher material quality for the body.
