Uploading Waypoints To An Oregon 400t From A Mac

Q. How do I upload the waypoints from this site to my Garmin Oregon 400t. I use a Mac. I have tried every piece of freeware available, together with a multitude of file formats, but to no avail. If I buy MacGPS Pro will it actually work?
