Walking to all 92 Football Club Grounds
Q. Dear Sir/Madam
I am currently planning a large charity event which I will attempt to explain briefly and I am wondering if I could seek some advice/help from you.
A small group of us from Stoke are planning a walk for Cancer Research UK's Bobby Moore fund which will be a walk to all 92 football league grounds from Carlisle to Plymouth
There is a number of us invloved with walkers and people helping behind the scenes all in our early/mid twenties and in good health. Each club is handing over some merchandise for auction at the end and that, along with sponsors we hope to raise a large sum for the charity.
Cancer Research have also indicated they expect a large amount of publicity to help with the fundraising.
We are already liasing with the football association and the 92 clubs and have had a meeting with a representative from the charity and recieved our letter of authenticity.
Our problem lies with the route, Carlisle football ground to Newcastle United's ground, then Newcastle United to Sunderlands ground etc
The charity suggested that we seek help from walking groups etc and I found this site through a search engine which looks fantastic.
Would it be possible to seek any tips with camping etc, do you know of any camp sites nationally in each area and can you assist us with tips for the route, where to look etc
Many Thanks for your time,
Rob Coram
A. When are you thinking of doing the walk?

A. The first thing to do is plan which order each gound will be visited. Digital Mapping Software like that produced by Fugawi UK would be very useful for this. Once you have planned your route and know the order you plan to visit each ground - let us know and maybe readers an make suggestions for linking each ground together.
Hope this helps
