Walking From Llanelli To Amroth

Has anyone walked the coast from Llanelli to Amroth in Wales?

Two of us 60 year olds are walking around the coast of England and Wales and would like any advice on B & B in the area close to the coast and indeed the walking.

It is an estuary area which involves walking riverbanks for long distances to find crossings.

First stop is Kidwelly which is sorted.

We aim to do 10 miles a day.
