Do I need walking Insurance?
Q. I am setting up a small initiative to take guided walks with a bit of a difference in the South Downs (you may like to write something about us when we're up and running).
I will be charging something for taking the walks and I wanted to find out the Insurance situation. I would appreciate your advice and any information you have - Do I need insurance or can I just use a disclaimer form?

A. We are not insurance experts and think you should really get some professional advice on this.
However, in our opinion you should have both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
In any event, you should get expert advice.
Hope this helps
