Are GPS Waypoints printed on the walks?
Q. Is it possible to have the GPS waypoints in a print out form to be manually entered at a later date?
My GPS only holds one walk route, so it would be useful thing to be able to take the waypoints listings with me when I go for a number of days away from my PC.

A. Sure.
Walks with this icon have downloable GPS Waypoints in GPS Exchange (.gpx) format you can upload into your GPS Device with a connecting cable by simply placing the GPX file into the GPX Folder on your GPS. You can also use EasyGPS on IMB based PCs (Windows, Vista etc.), MacGPS Pro if are using an Apple Macintosh (Mac OS X 10.4.0 or later) or Garmin Basecamp which works on both PC's and Apple Macs.
Walks with this icon have downloable GPS Waypoints in text (.txt) format you can upload into your GPS Device with a connecting cable and GPS Utility and convert into a wide variety of formats (IBM based PC (Windows, Vista etc) only).
This is so those of you who only use a GPS if the weather closes in and/or emergencies can quickly enter a way point into their GPS manually whilst on-the-hill.
For a list of walks that include GPS Waypoints (both printed on the pdf and as downloadable files) see GPS Waypoints for Walking and Hiking.
Hope this helps
