When is the best time to walk the Alternative Coast to Coast?
Q. Patricia Ogden has some very interesting pictures of 'the alternative coast to coast' which I am also hoping to do.
Do you know when Patricia completed the walk(which year/time of year) and if so was this a good time of the year to do it?

A. May or June would be the best time to complete a long distance footpath in this country (UK) when the days are long but not too hot.
